Clearance items offered often have slight printing imperfections that vary from shirt to shirt. In purchasing a clearance item you accept that the shirt may have a flaw in the graphic. All sales are final.

CONDITIONS

If Bad Ass Organics does not receive payment from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due to Bad Ass Organics. Bad Ass Organics also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to badassorganics.com. Upon any termination you must immediately discontinue use of badassorganics.com. Any termination will not affect payment obligations arising before the date of termination.
