Bad Ass Organics takes pride in every product sold, and we aim to satisfy our customer fully. If you find you've received a flawed product, or are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer returns. Please note that all sales are final on clearance items, as the buyer assumes there may be an imperfection in the print.
We will accept returns within 30 days of the ship date. All garments must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition to qualify for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required on the shipping label for product returns. After an order has been shipped to you, the order details page in your customer account area displays a link to request a RMA#. If you checked out as a guest, please fill out our contact form to request a RMA#. Include your order number, along with a note regarding the reason for the request.
At Bad Ass Organics we individually inspect each garment before it is shipped to our customers; however, flaws go unnoticed from time to time and order mistakes can happen. If you find you have received a damaged garment or a wrong item we will correct our error free of charge.
Bad Ass Organics will exchange the defective article or mistake for a new one. We do not offer refunds for these types of returns. If there is no defect or mistake found we will not offer an exchange; instead, we will only ship the item back at the customer's expense.
Bad Ass Organics understands that sometimes a customer just isn't satisfied with their purchase, regardless of the quality of the shirt or graphic print. If you are left unhappy with a product that you ordered, but it has no defect, we will refund the original purchase price, minus shipping charges and a $6 restocking fee.
