All of our shirts are custom printed especially for you after you've placed your order. Processing and printing your Bad Ass Organics order usually takes 3 days prior to shipment.
If we anticipate, for any reason, that processing your order will take any longer than 9 business days we will notify you via e-mail with the estimated shipping date.

Standard free and flat rate shipping at Bad Ass Organics is via US Postal Service, and is delivered in 2-5 business days following processing. All packages come with tracking numbers.
Upon checkout you have the option to select optional UPS shipping as well; however, you will pay actual shipping charges.
• UPS Ground is delivered in 2-5 business days following processing.
• UPS 2nd Day Air is delivered in 2-3 business days following processing.
• UPS Overnight is delivered in 1 business day following processing.
We do not offer free shipping outside of the US. In these cases the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges.
Bad Ass Organics can ship to Po Boxes, but only through the US Postal Service. We can also ship to APO/FPO boxes; please be sure to follow correct postal addressing standards, as we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by a customer.
Bad Ass Organics is not liable for damages of any kind if delivery takes longer than the service chosen. In the event a premium delivery service was chosen and the shipment does not arrive on time (measured from the day it was shipped), you can submit a request for refund to us. We will then request a refund from the carrier. If the carrier provides any service-related refund, your account will then be credited for the amount of the shipping refund. However, it is important to realize that the time to print and ship the order is variable so premium shipping services should be used with extreme caution, as the order may not ship for 2-9 business days from the time the order was placed.
If a package is returned to Bad Ass Organics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. Bad Ass Organics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Bad Ass Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Bad Ass Organics will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, time of delivery, tracking number, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported to us as well as the carrier within 7 days of delivery date. If a claim number was issued, please provide that information when reporting. Save all materials as the carrier may require an on-site inspection before item is picked up and returned.
Bad Ass Organics offers shipping to Canada and outlying US territories.
All other International orders please contact us for availability. Please be advised that Bad Ass Organics will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees levied on packages sent to other countries. Customer will be responsible for actual shipping costs.
Tracking and insurance will be included for all international shipments. Please note that we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
Please allow 2-3 extra days for processing international orders.
